Baltimore Fire Officers

Michael J. Hogan began his term in January 2026. Prior to this role, he served as a Battalion Steward and participated on several committees within Local 964, including Health and Safety, and Negotiations. He holds the rank of Battalion Chief with the Baltimore City Fire Department. He earned a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. Michael resides in Dundalk, Maryland, with his beloved dog, Huck.
