Harry started his leadership journey in Local 964 when he was appointed to the office of Recording Secretary. He received third place in the IAFF 2023 Media Awards for best Newsletter or Magazine (circulation less than 1,000). Harry is also a graduate of the 2024 IAFF Communications Academy. He was elected to the Office of Recording Secretary in December 2024 to serve a 3-year term. He is currently an EMS Lieutenant assigned to EMS 1, located in East Baltimore.
